Bus cylinder blast hurts 3 in city

DHAKA: At least three passengers including two women and a kid were injured as a gas cylinder of a bus exploded at city’s Purana Paltan area on Friday afternoon.

Sources said that a gas cylinder of a passenger bus exploded in the area at around 04:45pm, leaving three passengers injured.

Paltan Thana Officer-in-Charge Golam Sarwar confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The injured were rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
