NATORE: Two people were killed in a road accident on Natore-Pabna highway in Ahmedpur under Baraigram Upazila of the district on Thursday morning.

The deceased were identified as Jasim, 25, son of Hamid Mia and Shaheen, 20, son of Saiful Islam.

Sources said that the truck turned turtle as its front wheel punctured in the area at around 4:30am, leaving the two dead on the spot.

Banpara highway police outpost In-charge Masud Parvez told banglanews that the bodies were sent to Natore Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
