GAZIPUR: Opposition BNP called dawn-to-dusk hartal in the district for Thursday protesting police attack on activists of 18-party alliance.

The shutdown will start from 6:00am and it will continue till 6:00pm.

Gazipur Municipality BNP President Mir Halimuzzaman Noni confirmed the matter ton banglanews.

Police attacked on 18-party activists on Wednesday during blockade which injured several activists, including BNP central leader Fazlul Haque Milon, he added.
