‘It’s being tough for opposition to polls’ Kazi Rokibuddin Ahmed

DHAKA: Chief Election Commission (CEC) Kazi Rokibuddin Ahmed asserted that it’s getting tough for opposition party’s to participate in upcoming 10th national election.  

The CEC opined while talking with journalist at City’s Election Commission (EC) secretariat on Friday.

Rokibuddin said, “If BNP came forward with decision with certain issues over polls, we will listen and they still have opportunity for decision in participating polls.”

While talking on HM Ershad’s letter to EC for allocating ‘Langol’ symbol only for his party, he said EC directed returning officers on the issue.
