DHAKA: Ruling Awami League General Secretary Syed Ashraful Islam Saturday said that the trial and verdict of rest of the war criminals would be executed.

He came up with the assertion while talking to journalists after paying homage at the altar of Martyred Intellectuals Memorial at capital’s Mirpur on Saturday morning.

Syed Ashraf said: “Everything is possible under with leadership of Sheikh Hasina. Bringing back the war criminals from abroad, trial and verdict will be executed.”

He also said that this year’s intellectual day was a little bit different as the execution of Quader Mollah had been done.
