Metro rail services resumed this morning (October 16) after the operation was temporarily suspended for three days.

Earlier, Metrorail operation was halted due to conduct system integration test ahead of the Agargaon to Motijheel section on October 13, 14, and 15.

According to authorities from now onwards metro rail will run regularly on Uttara-Agargaon section as per previous schedule.

The Motijheel section from Agargaon will be inaugurated on October 29. For this purpose, the integrated system integration work of Uttara to Agargaon section and Agargaon to Motijheel section is going on.
