Miscreants slaughtered an expatriate's wife and two sons inside their house in Brahmanbaria's Bancharampur upazila.

Locals found the bodies of Jessy Akter, 35, wife of Saudi expatriate Shah Alam, and the couple's two sons Mahin, 14, and Mohin, 7 this morning (October 17). 

The victims were the residents of Char Chhoyani area under Ayubpur Union.

Quoting locals, police said the owner of the house Shah Alam is staying in Saudi Arabia. When the housemaid came to the house, she found that no one opened the main gate from the inside.

After the neighbours broke open the door and entered the house, they found the slaughtered bodies of the woman and her two sons lying in the bedroom and washroom, police added.
 
Sirajul Islam, additional superintendent of police (Nabinagar circle), confirmed the matter.

The law enforcers are working to look into the murders, the police official added.
