After around five years, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will visit Khulna today (November 13) to attend a rally at the city's Circuit House ground as the chief guest.

On March 3, 2018, she attended a public rally held at the Circuit House.

The premier is scheduled to address a mammoth public rally to be held at Khulna Circuit House Ground ahead of the 12th national election.

The premier will inaugurate 24 development schemes and lay foundation stones of five others including 10 school and college.

She is likely to hold a view-exchange meeting with government officials of Khulna division, said additional deputy commissioner (General) Pulak Kumar Mondal today.

The entire Khulna has been decorated with banners, festoons, billboards and posters with photos of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his daughter Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

As part of the preparation on arrival of the Prime Minister, the Khulna District and Metropolitan Awami League held several preparatory meetings.

Meanwhile, adequate security measures have been taken centering her visit to Khulna.
