DHAKA: Awami League President Sheikh Hasina, also prime minister, is set to meet President Abdul Hamid on Thursday evening.

The prime minister sources said that she is going to meet the President to discuss about the formation of the upcoming government.

The sources also said that the premier will submit the list of newly elected the members of the parliament. On the basis of the President’s invitation, the new government will take oath.

Cabinet Division sources said that the new government would take oath on Sunday.

On Wednesday, election commission published a gazette and following the gazette the newly elected MPs took oath on Thursday.
