Nobel laureate Prof Muhammad Yunus, describing the mass uprising as the second victory for the Bangladeshi people, said everyone should receive benefits from the victory.

He also urged the youth to build the nation in the way they want.

The economist and the chief adviser to the upcoming interim government expressed his optimism this afternoon at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA). 

Earlier, Dr Yunus landed around 2.10pm to take the charge of the proposed interim government as its chief advisor around 8pm today.

Army Chief General Waker-uz Zaman and senior civil and military officials received him at the airport.
