The government has appointed Md Mokhlesur Rahman as Senior Secretary to the Ministry of Public Administration (MOPA) on contractual basis for next two years.

Mr. Rahman has been appointed as per Section 49 of the Government Service Act-2018. The appointment would be effective from the date of joining, according to an official notification issued by MOPA here today.

Meanwhile, Mazbah Uddin Ahmed Chowdhury, the incumbent Senior Secretary to the ministry, has been made an Officer on Special Duty (OSD).
