DHAKA: The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Monday canceled bail of Jesmin Islam, the chairman of Halmark group, that granted by the High Court.
A five-member Appellate Division bench led-by chief justice Mozzammel Haque passed the order.
Barrister Rafiqul Haq moved for the Jesmin Islam while advocate Md Khurshid Alam Khan stood for Anti-corruption Commission.
The High Court, on January 19, granted a month anticipatory bail to Jesmin Islam in case filed by ACC.
