LAMA, BANDARBAN: An Ansar VDP member was killed at his house as soil-built wall collapsed Kedarbanpara of Faitang union under the upazila on Monday dawn.

The deceased was identified as M Alauddin, 50.

The incident took place around 5:00am while Alauddin and his wife Taslima were sleeping, leaving the couple injured critically.  

They were rushed to Chakaria Health Complex where on duty doctor declared Alauddin dead.

Faitang Police Outpost SI Tareque Ahmed confirmed the matter to banglanews.
