The United States Embassy in Dhaka reiterated Washington’s commitment to maintaining the highest national security standards in visa adjudication procedures.
In a statement issued on Thursday (August 21), the embassy stressed that visas will not be granted until all security concerns have been fully resolved.
It further underlined that applicants found to be submitting fraudulent documents are denied entry and face legal consequences both under U.S. law and in the country where they applied.
The statement is part of the U.S. Department of State's ongoing efforts to highlight its zero-tolerance stance on visa fraud and reassure that security remains central to all visa decisions.
