1,450 more suspects held in nationwide police drive

Police have arrested 1,450 more crime suspects in the ongoing nationwide operation over the last 24 hours.

According to a statement from Police Headquarters, 1,083 of them were held in connection with previous cases and pending warrants, while 609 others were arrested on various charges.

Law enforcers also seized one single-barreled gun, four LGs, and several sharp weapons during the drive.
