The victim—Bijoy Kumar Barman—is a cattle trader.

Sources said BSF-21 battalion personnel picked him up near Durgapur BOP camp while he was returning home from India with contingent of cattle at around 7:00am.

Lalmonithat Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB)-15 battalion commanding officer Lt colonel Mahbubur Rahman told   banglanews that a letter was sent to BSF to hold flag meeting to get back the abducted youth.
