DHAKA: Foreign Minister Dr Dipu Moni on Wednesday said the government might appeal if it seems that fair justice is not reflected in the final verdict in Felani murder case.

The foreign minister came up with the assertion in a press conference at her secretariat office in the afternoon.

In response to a query over drone deployment by India in the Bangladesh border, she said, “We have seen the news on newspapers and sought explanation to India.”

Dipu Moni also said, “Our relation with India is multilateral. Previously, there was a conflicting relationship among the countries of this zone. We have succeeded to build good relations.”

The ruling Awami League lawmaker also said that she hopes that the next general elections will be free and fair.
