DHAKA: Majedul Nayan, Staff Correspondent of banglanews24.com, sustained injuries in a road accident at Kuril flyover in the capital on Wednesday.

The accident took place around 7.30 am while Nayan was returning home through the flyover after finishing his nighttime duty at office in Bashundhara Residential area of Baridhara.

Injured Nayan said that his motorbike knocked an aged woman in front of the entrance of the flyover as he lost control over the steering while she was crossing the road unconsciously and both of them fell down and got injured.
    
The injured woman was rushed to Kormitola General Hospital and Nayan received treatment from KC Memorial Hospital in Kuril area.
