MUNSHIGANJ: Two minor boys were killed and four other persons injured in a road accident in Baluakandi area under Gajaria Upazila of the district on Sunday noon.

The deceased were identified as Hanif, 8 and Alamin, 9.

Sources said a Dhaka-bound microbus collided head-on with a goods-laden lorry in the area at around 12:15pm, leaving two children dead on the spot and injured four other passengers.

Highway police sergeant Saiful Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.
