Jatiya Party announces candidates for 289 seats

The Jatiya Party (JaPa) today (November 27) finalized the candidates for 289 constituencies for the upcoming 12th national parliamentary elections. 

JaPa Secretary General Md Mujibul Haque Chunnu announced the names at a press briefing at its Banani office in the capital.

Party Chairperson GM Quader will contest the polls from Dhaka-17 seat, and his wife will contest from Dhaka-18.

The final nomination papers will be given to the candidates at 7pm.
