The BNP has urged Chief Adviser Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus to announce an election roadmap by December, citing the current political situation.

BNP Standing Committee Member Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain revealed the demand after a meeting held at the State Guest House Jamuna on Saturday night.

Earlier today, a delegation led by senior leader Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain reached the State Guest House Jamuna in the capital at 7:30 pm. 

Other members of the delegation are BNP standing committee member Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan, Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, and Salahuddin Ahmed.

The talks are seen as part of a broader effort by the interim administration to engage political stakeholders ahead of the upcoming polls.
