DHAKA: War crimes convict Delwar Hossain Sayedee, also Jamaat-e-Islami leader, was again shifted to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Hospital (BSMMU) from Dhaka Central Jail on Tuesday.
Senior Jail Super Farman Ali of the central jail confirmed the matter to banglanews.
He said Sayedee has been sent to BSMMU around 10:00am with waist and knee pain. “Further step will be taken after the decision of hospital authorities,” he added.
On Monday, Sayedee was also shifted to the jail after completing medical cheek-up at BSMMU as he has been suffering from high blood pressure complication.
