DHAKA: A meeting of secretary-general level of 20-party alliance is scheduled to be held at BNP's Nayapaltan central office on Sunday.

BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will chair the meeting to be begun at 1:00pm in the day.

The 20-party alliance include Jamaat-e-Islam, Islami Oikya Jote (IOJ), Bangladesh Jatiya Party (BJP), Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), National Democratic Party (NDP), National People’s Party (NPP), Jatiya Party (Zafar), Jatiya Ganatrantik Party (JAGPA), Bangladesh NAP, NAP Bhashani, Bangladesh Muslim League, Democratic League (DL), People’s League (PL), Khilafat Majlis, Bangladesh Kallyan Party, Bangladesh Labor Party, Islamic Party and Bangladesh Samyabadi Dal.

All the secretary generals of the allied parties were asked to be present on time at the meeting.

BNP chairperson’s press wing officer Shayrul Kabir confirmed the matter to banglanews on Saturday.
