DHAKA: Outgoing US Ambassador to Bangladesh Dan W Mozena held a meeting with Opposition Leader Raushan Ershad at latter’s residence on Wednesday evening.

Raushan, in the meeting, put emphasis on Bangladesh’s regaining GSP benefit for readymade garments products and Mozena assured about the matter.

Mozana said the success of Bangladesh in every sectors have been praised around the world.

He specially praised the contribution of Bangladeshi peace keepers in United Nation’s missions.

The ambassador said after election environment of the country has been remained calm and the country is developing day by day.

Opposition whip Tajul Islam, opposition leader’s political secretary Golam Masih, JP leaders ABM Ruhul Amin Hawlader, Fakhrul Imam and M Selim Uddin were among others present on the occasion.
