DHAKA: Activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir attacked a policeman from a rally in city’s Fakirapool area on Monday.

They also blasted cocktails and set two motorcycles on fire.

However, police opened fire teargas shells to disperse activists and detained six activists.

Witness said that the Shibir activists attacked a police sub-inspector from the rally and blasted cocktails in the area on. The police official was injured.
