DHAKA: Blockaders blasted six cocktails in Pirjangi Mazar area in Kamalapur in city Saturday night.

Officer-in-Charge of Kamalapur Railway Thana Abdul Majid told banglanews that a gang of 10-12 youth chanted slogans in support of blockade and left the place after blasting six cocktails.

He added: “No one was injured and none was held in this connection.”

Meanwhile, the blockade supporters blasted 5/6 cocktails in Bijoynagar area in city and vandalizes 7/8 vehicles in the evening.

Witnesses said a gang of 15-20 blockade supporters brought out a procession at Bijoynagar intersection area. During the time, they vandalizes 7/8 vehicles and blasted 5/6 cocktails.

They left the scene as soon as police rushed to the spot.
