DHAKA: The blockade supporters torched two passenger buses in city’s Maniknagar and Rampura areas on Thursday night.

A passenger bus was torched as a gang of miscreants set fire to a parked passenger bus in Maniknagar area of the capital around 7:30pm.

On the other hand, another passenger bus of Supravat Paribahan was torched by the “blockade supporters” in city’s Rampura area around 7:40pm.

However, locals and fire fighters rushed in and doused the blaze.

Fier Service Control Room Operator Mohammad Ali confirmed the matters to banglanews.
