DHAKA: Congregational prayers of Arafat Rahman Koko, younger son of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, who died at a hospital in Malaysia, will be held on Sunday and Monday.
Bangladesh Nationalist Party is going to arrange ‘Korankhani’ and ‘Dua Mahfil’in all mosques of the country on both days, said a press release signed by the party assistant office secretary Abdul Latif on Saturday night.
Participants, however, will pray for the eternal peace of the departed soul and for patience to the family members to bear the irreparable loss, the release added.
Earlier in the noon, Koko died in Malaysia from cardiac arrest.
