DHAKA: Police nabbed 31 alleged anarchists from different places of the city in drives conducted from Monday to Tuesday noon.

Sources said the law enforcers led a special drive in the several areas and detained 31 people on charge of creating violence in city during blockade and hartal.

DMP Deputy Police Commissioner (media) Masudur Rahman confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Further drives will be conduced in the city to put a bar against subversive activities, he added.
