‘BNP is enemy of humanity and Islam’

DHAKA: Ruling Awami League (AL) publicity and publication secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud has termed BNP as the enemy of humanity and Islam.

He went on to say “The almighty Allah has become disappointed to the BNP chief for hurling petrol bombs at the Muslim devotees during Biswa Ijtema in the name of blockade, hartal.”

Several innocent people were burnt in the arson attack carried out by BNP-sponsored blockade supporters, he also said.

Hasan Mahmud adds:  BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia has got the return of her wrongdoing from the almighty as she has lost her younger son recently.

The AL leader came up with the assertion in a human chain program organized by Bangladesh United Islamic Party at National Press Club on Friday.

He also said that BNP has killed people by arson and petrol bomb attacks and now they are arranging ‘Dua Mahfil’ for those departed souls. What a farce it is with those ill-fated people and nation!

He also criticized Khaleda Zia for dishonoring Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina when she went to Gulshan political office to console her on Arafat Rahman Koko’s death.

Hasan Mahmud also categorically said that Khaleda’s injection was so powerful so that she could not meet the premier Sheikh Hasina.

Such injections should be pushed to Khaleda and BNP so that they fall asleep and restrain themselves from arson and bomb attacks to the innocents, he added.

Bangladesh United Islamic Party president Maolana Mohammad Ismail Hossain and Assistant Secretary of Awami League sub-committee MA Karim were present among others in the program.

They also brought out a procession after holding the human chain.
