DHAKA: Miscreants torched a passenger bus in city’s New Market area on Saturday night amid the ongoing blockade led by BNP-led 20-party alliance.

Fire Service sources said that a group of miscreants set fire to a passenger bus in the area around 7:45pm but no one was reportedly injured in the incident.

However, on information, fire fighters rushed in and doused the blaze.

Fire Service Duty Officer Farhaduzzaman confirmed the matter to banglanews.
