DHAKA: Miscreants set fire to a passenger bus in front of DESCO office in Gulshan-1 area of the city Monday evening.

Fire Service duty officer Nilufar Yeasmin told banglanews that the miscreants set fire to the bus around 7:40pm.

“On information, two fire fighting units were sent,” she added.

Meanwhile, allegedly blockaders blasted four cocktails in front of Hajipara Petrol Pump of Rampura area in city around 7:00pm.

No one was reportedly injured in this connection.

Rampura Thana police have started searching the area.
