4 JMB men to die for killing priest Jogeswar

RAJSHAHI: A Panchagarh court on Sunday sentenced four Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) members to death and another to life imprisonment for killing Hindu priest Jogeswar Dasadhikari at a temple in Panchagarh in 2016.

Judge Anup Kumar of the Speedy Trial Tribunal issued the verdict on Sunday.

On February 21 in 2016, priest Jogeswar Dasadhikari, 50, was slaughtered at a temple in Debiganj of Panchagarh.
