BOGRA: Opposition BNP led 18-party called dawn-to-dusk hartal for demanding inclusion of the name of senior vice-chairman Tarique Rahman for Tuesday in the district.

District BNP President Saiful Islam made the announcement of the hartal while addressing a protest rally at Edward Park on Thursday.

The leader of the alliance also condemned the killing of leaders and activists of the party.
