6,891 students receive Bashundhara writing books

FROM BANCHARAMPUR: As many as 22,340 Bashundhara writing books were distributed on behalf of Bashundhara Group (BG) among 6,891 students of 15 educational institutions in Bancharampur upazila of Brahmanbaria district on Wednesday.

The books were handed out among the students through BG concern Bashundhara Foundation in presence of East West Media Group Limited publisher Moynal Hossain Chowdhury on behalf of the group.



Bancharampur Sobhania Islamia Alim Madrassa principal Ruhul Amin, BG deputy general manager Maimun Kabir, Bashundhara Foundation manager Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain, field inspector Mohammad Anwar Hossain, among others, were present at the event that created a festive mood among students of the institutions.



After getting the writing book, Bancharampur Sobhania Islamia Alim Madrassa class-I student Jannatul Ferdous express her happiness saying, ‘Bashundhara has given me many writing books. I will practice hand writing. I will show these books to my mom’.



A class-XI student Rima said, ‘Bashundhara Group regularly helps us with education materials. Today (Wednesday) they gave us writing books at free of cost. I am very happy’.



Sabbir, a class-IV student, said, ‘Bashundhara provides food to us and tiffin at noon. Now, they have given us writing books. We all are feeling happy. It is very delighting to writing on new books’.
