CHITTAGONG: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Chittagong suspended a secretary of an exam centre of Junior School Certificate (JSC) over violating rules during the English First Paper exam on Sunday (November 5).

Mohammad Akter Hossain, the secretary, allowed an examinee to sit for the exam after 1.5 hour since the exam began, at Wajedia High school in the city.   

Chittagong education board exam controller Mohammad Mahbub Hasan told Banglanews Akter violated the JSC Exam operation policy-2017 as no examinee would be allowed to enter hall after 30 mins since beginning of the exam.

However, the board authority suspended Akter and employed M Haider Ali, a senior teacher at Wajedia Scool, in his place.
