DHAKA: The Education Ministry said teachers and employees of non-government educational institutions under monthly pay order (MPO) will be eligible for five percent yearly increment facility on completion of six months employment period.

Secondary and Higher Education Department has sent a letter to the Director General of Secondary and Higher Education Directorate giving instruction in this regard on Nov 27. 

According to the letter, As per Article 11 of National Pay Scale 2015 issued by Finance Ministry, teachers and employees of non-government educational institutions under monthly pay order (MPO) will get the five percent yearly increment facility as their employment period has passed six months on June 30.
