DHAKA: Newly elected Vice President (VP) of Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (Ducsu) Nurul Haque Nur has deferred his decision to one or two days over taking oath amid demands of reelections to all the posts.

“All the student bodies except Chhatra League have demanded reelections. As a representative of general students, I’m also agreed with the demand,” he said.

Nur was talking to the reporters at Mohsin Hall Wednesday (Mar 13) noon.

“I too want reelections after cancelling the questionable one,” he added.

Quota reform movement leader Nur further said that whether he will take oath as the VP will clear within next one to two days.

He also demanded resignation of all the officials concerned with the recently held Ducsu elections.
