FARIDPUR: Two motorcyclists were killed and another injured in a road accident on Dhaka-Barisal highway in Danginagarkanda area under Nagarkanda upazila of the district on Wednesday morning.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Witnesses said that a Barisal-bound goods-laden truck rammed into the victims’ motorbike in the area around 8:00am, leaving the two riders dead on the spot and injured another.

Nagarkanda Thana Officer-in-Charge MA Karim confirmed the matter to banglanews.
