DHAKA: BNP-led 19-party alliance decided to boycott two private television channels----Channel 71 and Independent television.

The party Chairperson Khaleda Zia took the decision on Tuesday night.

A reliable source said that the two channels will be boycotted strictly and none will be spared if anybody violates the decision.

The source also said that BNP is thinking that the two channels are politically motivated and working for the sake of a vested group.

Recently several BNP leaders were seen in talk shows aired by the two channels.
