The ruling Awami League (AL) will announce its election manifesto on December 27 for the upcoming general elections slated for January 7. 

AL General Secretary also Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said at a press briefing in the capital this noon.

He said, "Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will announce the election manifesto on December 27." 

AL organizing secretaries BM Mozammel Haque, Mirza Azam and Sujit Roy Nandi, Office Secretary Biplab Barua, were present among others.
