BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has expressed confidence that all issues, including the election roadmap, will be resolved through constructive discussions and unity. 

Fakhrul made the remarks to the media on Monday evening (April 14) at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport after returning to Bangladesh a week-long medical visit to Singapore.

He said that unity is certainly achievable.

He extended New Year greetings to the people of Bangladesh and said that this year's Pohela Boishakh would help create a new Bangladesh by clearing away past obstacles.

Fakhrul, along with his wife Rahat Ara Begum, traveled to Singapore on April 6 for a medical check-up. He had previously visited Singapore for health tests in September 2024.
