Fakhrul summoned in defamation case

DHAKA: A Dhaka court summoned BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir in a defamation case.

Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court’s magistrate Amit Kumar Dey passed the order on Thursday.

Bangladesh Awami Motsyajibi League vice-president Nure Alam Siddique filed the case against Fakhrul.
