GAZIPUR: District BNP leaders requested BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia to withdraw or relax blockade ahead of Biswa Ijtema that going to be started on January 9 at Tongi.
Kaliakoir Municipality Mayor, also member of BNP central committee Mujubur Rahman confirmed the matter to banglanews Thursday.
Mujubur Rahman said, “We requested our chairperson to relax or withdraw the blockade ahead of Ijtema.”
