DHAKA: At least 12 cocktails were blasted in different areas in city Tuesday evening.

The areas include Shahjadpur, Gulshan, Bangla Motor and Bailey Road.

Witness told banglanews that three cocktails were blasted at 8:30pm in city’s Shahjadpur area.

On the other hand, three more cocktails were blasted in front of DCC market at 8:00pm at Gulshan 1 in the city.

Earlier at 7:40pm, three cocktails were blasted at Bangla Motor intersection.

However, another blast of three cocktails was reported at 7:00pm on Bailey Road in city.

Witnesses told banglanews that miscreants hurled the cocktails in front of Haque Bakery.

But, no one was hurt in the blasts, they added.

Confirming the matter, Ramna Thana Duty Officer Manzurul Alam said to banglanews that police is looking into the matters.
