CHANDPUR: A Chandpur court on Thursday issued arrest warrant against former state minister for education ANM Ehsanul Haq Milon for irregularities in the 2008 parliamentary elections.

Chandpur Chief Judicial Magistrate Asim Kumar Dey passed the order at 2:30pm after framing the charge in the case filed in 2009.

The then district polling officer Mezbaul Haque filed the case bring allegation of irregularities in the general elections in 2008.
