Quader shifted to cabin as condition improves

DHAKA: Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader was shifted to a cabin from Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) on Saturday morning as his condition improved.

Physicians advised the minister to rest for two days, said Abu Naser, public relations officer of the Road Transport and Bridges Ministry.

Quader, also general secretary of ruling Awami League, was admitted to BSMMU on Friday morning with breathing complications.
