Three persons including child were killed in road accidents in Mirsarai Dhaka-Chattogram highway on Tuesday.

According to eyewitnesses, a truck crashed into a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in the Khoiyachhora area, leaving all its four passengers, including a child, dead on the spot when they were on their way to attend an event in Sitakunda.

The deceased were Kajol Rekha, 25, Nurjahan, (55), and 7-month-old Anas.

Imam Hossain Patwari, Station Officer of Mirsarai Fire Service confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

He said they went to spot on information and recovered the bodies.
