Poet Dilwar passes away

DHAKA: Poet Dilwar is no more. He breathed his last on Thursday at 12:20pm at his residence due to old age complication.

He was 79.

He left behind five sons, three daughters and many well-wishers.

He was awarded ‘Ekushey Padak’ in 2008 for his outstanding contribution in Bengali literature.
