DHAKA: Jatiya Party chairman Hussain Muhammad Ershad is on oxygen support at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka.

“Water collected on his lungs. Breathing difficulty has aggravated due to infection. He is now on oxygen support,” GM Quader, the acting chairman of the party, briefed reporters about update on Ershad's health condition at party office in the capital on Sunday (June 30).

GM Quader said he is happy about treatment at CMH, but if doctors prescribe, they have the preparation to take him to any countries of the world. 

Other party members were present at the press conference.

HM Ershad has been admitted to CMH in Dhaka due to old-age complications on June 27.
